Looking for a Mid-Level IT Technician job in Highland, IL? Join our fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) team and work on real IT challenges for multiple clients. This isn’t just a help desk role — you’ll manage networks, servers, cloud services, and client systems every day while growing your skills and career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting Windows Server, Office 365, and basic Linux systems
Troubleshooting networks, firewalls, and cloud services
Assisting with VoIP/UCaaS deployments and backup/disaster recovery
Providing remote and on-site support for multiple clients
Maintaining clear documentation and contributing to our knowledge base

Who You Are

3+ years experience in an MSP or multi-client IT environment
Bachelor, Associates, Trade-school or Certified level education
Comfortable with Windows systems, networking, and cloud administration
Can explain technical issues in plain English
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow

Bonus Skills: Office 365 Admin, Linux, Azure or AWS, firewall deployment experience
