Our Story
BTS was formed in 2011 foreseeing opportunity and necessity in the southern Illinois market for smaller and rural based businesses needing much more than what the standard computer shops and big box stores could offer. We knew we could deliver better personal service and value to companies compared to local tech shops that primarily cater to residential customers even though BTS accommodates residential as well.
The founder, Steve Burian, has over 30 years of professional technology experience and understands small business needs. He has gained a wealth of knowledge working with Internet providers, tech repair shops, manufacturers, business clients and has even hosted technology based radio talk shows. Now combined with our excellent and experienced staff, we are confident we can optimize the way technology drives your home and business!
